About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Trevenezie area, where the climate is temperate, rainfall is low and humidity moderate, conditions that favour healthy, high-quality fruit.
Vinification
The grapes are selected by hand and gently pressed, and the juice is separated from the skins immediately. The must is cooled, clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 18 °C. After alcoholic fermentation the wine is racked twice to remove sediment, then filtered twice before bottling.
Serving and pairing
Suited to aperitif use. It pairs with appetizers, assorted meats, fish dishes, crustaceans, shellfish and soft cheeses.
