Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in northeastern Veneto.
Vinification
The must is chilled to 12 °C. After alcoholic fermentation, yeast is added and the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in a sealed tank using the Charmat method. It is then filtered and bottled.
Tasting profile
Harmonious, elegant, light and refreshing, with a delicate aroma and a pleasant fruity palate.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with fish dishes and appetizers, and may be served as an aperitif.
