About this wine
Grapes
The blend comprises 85% Glera and 15% Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero, Pinot Grigio, Verdiso, Bianchetta Trevigiana (Vernaccia) and Perera.
Vinification
After harvest and transport to the winery, the grapes are gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The juice is cold-settled, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks for eight days at 10–12 °C. A second fermentation follows in autoclaves using the Martinotti method with added yeast. Fermentation is stopped when the carbon dioxide pressure reaches 2–2.5 atm.

The palate is harmonious and refreshing.

Suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes or a wide range of appetizers.
