About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are harvested in the province of Chieti.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed, and the must undergoes around four hours of maceration. Gentle pressing is followed by cooling and static settling of the juice. Fermentation lasts approximately ten days at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine spends an extended period on its lees before being racked and bottled, followed by brief bottle ageing.
Tasting profile
Harmonious and full-flavoured, with distinctive tropical-fruit notes on both the nose and palate.
Label / history
The intentionally retro design is based on one of Tombacco’s earliest historic labels.
