About this wine
Origin: hills near Negrar di Valpolicella, 280–450 m above sea level, with south-east and south-west exposures.
Grapes: 35% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 30% Rondinella and 5% Molinara.
Vines: 5–50 years old; Pergola Veronese and Guyot, approximately 6,000 vines/ha.
Aging: 10 months in stainless steel, followed by 2 months in bottle.
Production: approximately 3,500 bottles.
Serving temperature: 15–18°C.
