About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the hills of Apulia, in the Murgia region north of the city of Bari. The vines stand at 350–400 metres above sea level in medium-textured clay and limestone soils. The yield is 110 hl/ha.
Vinification
Harvest usually runs from late August to early September. Healthy, ripe grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place under constant temperature control.
Ageing
The wine matures for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.

Light and pleasantly refreshing.
