About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards stand on clay soils at 50–450 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested very late, once they have begun to dry on the vine. At the winery they are sorted and then fermented after a pre-fermentation maceration.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and in bottle, for a total of 8 months.

Rich and well balanced.
