About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organically grown fruit comes from Torano Nuovo. The 30-year-old vines are planted at a density of 1,000 vines/ha in a well-exposed, low-yield vineyard with predominantly loamy soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October. Vinification takes place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, including approximately 20 days of low-temperature skin maceration. The wine is stabilized in stainless steel tanks at 2–4 °C.
