About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Alto Adige vineyards at 500–800 m above sea level.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 19 °C. Malolactic fermentation is avoided.
