About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the foothills of the Alps at 350–450 m above sea level. The soils consist of limestone, clay and pebbles, and the site experiences marked differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 26–28 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages for around six months in concrete tanks, stainless steel vessels and oak barrels.
Tasting profile
A fragrant aroma leads to a smooth, well-balanced palate.
