About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc comes from two historic vineyards in Tramin and Montan, at 400–500 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests for five months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by two months in bottle.
