About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are situated in Roen at 400–500 metres above sea level, with east and southeast exposures.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from late November to early December. They undergo six hours of maceration immediately after harvest, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in barriques.
Ageing
The wine is aged in barriques.
Label / history
“Vendemmia Tardiva” means “late harvest.”
