About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in Rubicone at 150 metres above sea level, on silty, medium-textured soils. They were planted in 2001.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand beginning on 25 August. After gentle pressing, the juice ferments in glass-ceramic and cement tanks.
Tasting profile
Harmonious, with a rich, complex aroma and a full, beautifully balanced palate.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with tuna, octopus and fresh cheeses.
