About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Azienda Uggiano’s vineyards in Tuscany.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and taken directly to the winery. Vinification takes place under strict temperature control.
Ageing
The wine spends six months in French oak barrels, followed by 10–12 months in large oak casks.
