About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown largely in the Valdobbiadene area, on south-facing sites at elevations of 100–300 metres. The soils are limestone and clay.
Vinification
Harvest begins in the first half of September. The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for three months.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8 °C. Chill gradually, avoiding sudden temperature changes.
