About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Garganega fruit grows at approximately 100 metres above sea level in clay soils of moraine origin.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September, carefully sorted at the winery and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for three months, followed by at least two months in bottle.
