About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard lies on the Cavaion Veronese estate, between Peschiera and Pozzolengo on the southern shore of Lake Garda.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates at optimal ripeness. Traditional white-wine vinification follows, with the must fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for two months.

Substantial and structured, with freshness.
Label / history
The vineyard is divided into 100 rows, which inspired the name “Centofilari”: cento filari means “one hundred rows” in Italian.
