Tasting profile
An enveloping fragrance of violets and wild berries leads to a full, balanced palate with substantial structure. Velvety tannins accompany the fruit into a soft finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at approximately 18 °C. Pair with classic Tuscan antipasti, especially cured-meat platters and spleen crostini, or with traditional pasta dishes such as pappardelle with wild-boar ragù.
