Vinification
The grapes are harvested from mid to late August.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine rests in steel tanks for four months. It is then bottled and stabilizes in the cellar for approximately two further months.

Fresh and aromatic.

Pairs particularly well with tartare and fried fish.
Label / history
Bellifolli is a collection of four single-varietal wines. Its labels draw on the Baroque culture associated with the Ragusa Valley, each depicting a stone-mask face with a distinct personality; the four faces represent four characters and four stories.
