About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard occupies a small plateau at 250 metres above sea level. Its very poor limestone soils place the vines under stress, encouraging greater concentration in the grapes while protecting them from overripening.
Grapes
The wine is made from selected grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo traditional fermentation in new barriques.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in the same barriques, followed by 4–6 months in bottle.

Rich, powerful and intense.
Serving and pairing
Pair with fish first courses and main courses, seafood, vegetable dishes, Quiche Lorraine, bottarga or broad bean macco.
