About this wine

Vinification

The grapes are harvested from mid to late September. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to steel tanks.

Ageing

The wine rests in steel tanks for four months, followed by approximately three months in bottle in the cellar.

Tasting profile

The palate is marked by red fruit.

Serving and pairing

Pair with simple meat dishes, grilled vegetables, cheese and hearty first courses.

Label / history

Bellifolli was created as a range of four single-varietal wines. Its labels reference the Baroque culture associated with the Ragusa valley: each depicts a stone-mask face with an individual personality, character and story.
