About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards across the province of Cuneo in Piedmont, at the foot of the Western Alps. The region experiences hot summer sunshine, cold, biting autumn winds and winter fog. The Alps surround Piedmont to the north and west, forming a natural border with Provence.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The first fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. A second fermentation follows in sealed pressure tanks according to the Charmat method, with sugar and yeast added to the base wine.

Suitable as an aperitif and with light, low-fat appetizers, fish and seafood.
