About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Moscato Bianco fruit comes from vineyards across Piedmont, at the foot of the Western Alps. The mountains surround the region to the north and west, forming a natural border with Provence. The vines experience hot summer sun, cold and biting autumn winds, and misty winters.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation by the Charmat method in sealed autoclaves, where the base wine ferments with sugar and yeast.
Serving and pairing
Pair with desserts, sweet pastries, or cakes with fruit fillings.
