About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The red grapes come from vineyards across the province of Piedmont. The growing conditions include hot summer sunshine, cold autumn winds and winter fog. Piedmont lies at the foot of the Western Alps, which surround it to the north and west and form a natural border with Provence.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The Italian Charmat method is then used: the base wine undergoes a second fermentation with sugar and yeast in sealed pressure tanks.
Tasting profile
Bright and juicy, with lively sparkling character.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with appetizers, fish, seafood, berry desserts or fresh berries.
