About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Passerina grapes grow on clay soils in the Marche region, at 250–300 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested early in the morning in mid-October and placed in small crates. The crates are held in cold storage before transport to the winery. After sorting, the selected grapes are gently pressed and undergo cold maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13–15 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at approximately 10 °C until February of the year after the harvest.
Tasting profile
Fresh and fruity, with bright, crisp acidity.
