About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the La Querciolina vineyard.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand during the first two weeks of October. They undergo 15 days of maceration before gentle pressing.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by 15 months in bottle in the winery’s cellar.
