About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Timorasso fruit is grown in southeastern Piedmont, mainly on limestone and marl soils. The vineyards are planted at a density of 4,500–5,300 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a short cold maceration before fermentation with native yeasts at a controlled 18–22 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees in neutral vessels for 12 months.
