About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the 1 ha “Cerreta” vineyard, on limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks with regular pump-overs.
Ageing
The wine matures for 22 months in oak barrels.
