Production
A traditional local digestive aperitif made from Barolo wine aromatised with Calissaja cinchona bark and a mixture of spices.

Serving and pairing
Particularly suited to chocolate. It may also be enjoyed on its own as a digestif.

The family has preserved the recipe for twenty years.
