About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26–28 °C, lasting 20–22 days or more.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, which build structure and depth of flavour and soften the tannins.
Tasting profile
Vivid ruby-red with delicate violet highlights. The nose combines juicy raspberry and fresh orange with mineral nuances, plus warm hints of vanilla and licorice. Bright and full-flavoured on the palate.
