About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The estate’s vineyards are in the municipality of Torreano, in Colli Orientali del Friuli. A maritime climate, the mountain chain and cold air arriving from the Balkans shape the microclimate.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and cooled with dry ice. The must is extracted using pneumatic presses and undergoes cold maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine undergoes a short period of ageing.
Tasting profile
The nose has Sauvignon Blanc’s distinctive varietal aromas. The wine is elegant and fresh, with a soft, balanced palate.
