About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the commune of Togliano, from which the wine takes its name.
Vinification
Before pressing, the grapes are cooled with dry ice to preserve their bright varietal character. A short cold maceration precedes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures partly in small oak barrels and partly in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
The name “Togliano” refers to the commune where the grapes are grown.
