About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Barbera grapes grow in vineyards in the Asti area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically once they reach optimal ripeness. The must is vinified in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, following the traditional method for dry red wines.
Tasting profile
Elegant, rounded and well balanced.
Serving and pairing
Served chilled, at 16–18 °C. It pairs with red meat dishes and aged cheeses.
