About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are selected Cortese from vineyards in the commune of Gavi, in the Piedmont countryside. The area is known for benchmark white wines made from this variety.

Vinification

After harvest the grapes are gently pressed. Vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks, to preserve the purity of the aromas, the freshness and the natural character of the grape.

Tasting profile

Power and elegance are the wine's hallmarks. It shows bright aromas, balanced acidity and a clear expression of Cortese. The palate has fresh, juicy fruit flavours.

Serving and pairing

Suited to an aperitif, and to fish dishes, fried fish, pasta and cheeses.
