Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in Sicily, where warm southern summers and a salty sea breeze shape the fruit.
Vinification
The grapes are picked at ideal ripeness and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. This keeps the fruit clean and fresh and preserves the wine's vivid aromas. No oak is used, so the character of the grape comes through unmarked.
Tasting profile
Juicy and vibrant. The nose shows ripe cherry and blackcurrant with gentle hints of spice. The palate is soft and smooth.

Suggested dishes are pasta alla Norma, pizza with basil and mozzarella, and Pecorino and Provolone cheeses.
