After harvest the grapes are gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control.

Elegant, well-balanced, graceful and harmonious, with distinctive fruit and floral notes.
Serving and pairing
Suited to the aperitif. It pairs especially well with grilled fish such as trout, monkfish or sea bass, and with mushroom pasta and risotto.
