About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organic grapes are grown in the Trapani area of Sicily, on rocky, sandy soils in a hot, dry summer climate.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
