About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese grapes are grown in the commune of Gavi.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are gently pressed. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control.
Tasting profile
Crisp and dry in style, with fresh acidity and a distinctive minerality. The aromas are delicate, fruity and floral.
Serving and pairing
Suited to the aperitif. It pairs especially well with grilled fish, particularly trout, monkfish or sea bass, and with mushroom pasta and risotto.
