Vineyard and terroir
The Barbera grapes come from several different vineyards across Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically once they reach optimal ripeness. The must is vinified in steel vats at a controlled temperature, following a traditional method for dry red wines.

Serve slightly chilled. It pairs with red meat dishes and aged cheeses.
