About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown around Lake Caldaro.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested into small crates and transported to the winery, where they are gently pressed. The must ferments and macerates on the skins in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in Slavonian oak barrels.
