About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on the hills of Asolo without pesticides or herbicides. The vines are selected for their expression of the site.
Grapes
Glera is blended with a small proportion of Pinot Nero.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. The wine is made by the Martinotti-Charmat method, with the second fermentation taking place in stainless-steel pressure tanks under controlled temperature and pressure.
Tasting profile
Elegant and refined, with a distinctive character, freshness and lively bubbles. The palate is easy-drinking.
Serving and pairing
Intended to be enjoyed young, while retaining its freshness.
