About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from hillside vineyards in Tarzo at 370 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The wine is made by the Martinotti-Charmat method, with a second fermentation in stainless-steel autoclaves under controlled temperature and pressure. It remains in autoclave for 90–100 days and has 5 g/L of residual sugar.

Fresh and lively, with fine, authentic bubbles.
