The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, and the must is vinified using a traditional sparkling-wine method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, particularly shellfish, as well as fresh vegetables and pasta with wild herbs and asparagus.
