Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 600–750 metres above sea level in Bressanone, Varna and Naz-Sciaves, on light, gravelly soils.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 20 °C with natural yeasts.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same stainless-steel tanks for six months.
Tasting profile
Fresh, with a style influenced by neighbouring Austria.
