Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie between Val d'Adige and Lake Garda, in the Verona region. The climate is mild, with a favourable balance of sunshine, temperature and rainfall. The soils are moraine and fluvio-glacial.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September and given a short maceration on the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to preserve the grapes' natural character and the wine's freshness.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is harmonious and well balanced.
