Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from selected vineyards in Pochi and Appiano at elevations of 300–450 metres above sea level. The soils are sandy and loamy, with a high limestone content in some parcels. Pinot Noir flourishes in Alto Adige’s cool, well-aerated sites, and the intended style combines finesse with power.
