Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the hills of Valdobbiadene.
Vinification
Harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, usually in mid-September, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Second fermentation takes place in sealed autoclaves for at least four weeks.

Suitable as an aperitif or with salty snacks.

The wine was created through a collaboration between the Anna Spinato team and French winemakers.
