Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on hilly terrain at 175–300 m above sea level. The vines average 15 years of age and are planted at a density of 5,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees for nine months before filtration and bottling.
