Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on limestone and clay soils around Selegas, in the heart of southern Sardinia. The Mediterranean climate brings mild winters and hot, windy summers.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the cool early morning to preserve their aromas, then carefully selected and gently pressed. Only the free-run juice is used. It is cooled to 10–12 °C and settles naturally before fermenting with native yeasts at a controlled 16–17 °C for 25–30 days.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees in stainless-steel tanks for two months, developing texture and aromatic depth.
Tasting profile
Bright and lively yet mature, it has a distinctly Sardinian character and a refined balance of freshness, vibrancy and softness.
