Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the "Bricco di Vergne" vineyard within the Dolcetto d’Alba DOC production area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September and destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8–10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is bottled in the spring following the harvest.
